When You Book With Us

As soon as you have approved the cost of your trip, we begin to book it immediately because we check availability of hotels before offering the quote. A deposit of 25% of the total price allows us to make all your hotel reservations and send a confirming e-mail with all hotel confirmation numbers so you can feel secure that all reservations are in place.

45 days before your departure date, we process the remainder of your trip balance and begin preparing your Personal Travel Portfolio.

Your Personal Travel Portfolio will include:

• A story/itinerary for each day of travel
• Customized maps and written driving direction
• Detailed information about things to see and do on your trip
• Vouchers for prepaid hotel accommodations and activities
• A welcome letter with a phone number that reaches our live staff 24 hours a day / 7 days a week

Your Personal Travel Portfolio will be shipped to the address you designate 21 days in advance of your trip so that you have time to read it, do additional research about the destinations you will be visiting and begin to visualize your experience.

Should You Have to Cancel

We are pleased to have very few cancellations, however, should you have to cancel for any reason, we work to make the process as easy as possible.

• If you cancel 60 days or more before travel, we will refund half of your 25% deposit.
•  If you cancel within 60 days of your departure date, we will retain your 25% deposit.
•  If you cancel while your documents are in process or after they are complete, we will assess an additional $300
   fee.
•  You will also be responsible for the costs of any non-refundable special arrangements we may have made for you.
