Planning Your Trip

Because we believe in delivering personalized service and crafting your trip exactly as you wish, we prefer to begin discussing the details with you over the telephone. To get started, you can complete our travel planning form and we will contact you within 24 hours. It is important that you provide us as much information as possible so that we can offer you the most value for your budget. There is absolutely no obligation to you when you provide us with the form and information to start planning your trip.

We will want to know when you want to take your vacation, how many days you want to spend and how many will be in your party. We will also want to know your departure point and major destination(s) to map out a framework for the trip.

Knowing your overall vision for the trip, what you would ideally like to do and what will make the trip special will help us plan better for you. If there are specific things you want included, just let us know. Giving us an idea of your vacation budget will helps us maximize your time and dollars to provide the highest quality and value available within your budget.

We like to limit driving to about 4 hours a day, so there will be time to explore the places you stop. We are accustomed to this planning phase requiring several communications so we get it just right. We prefer to hear your travel needs directly from you - the old fashioned way, on the telephone. We listen carefully and ask questions so we can clearly understand what you want. If you desire, we can include the cost of attractions and special activities in the package price so that you can have those securely booked and prepaid before setting out on your trip.
